Just recently I thought I would try 'white tea' - heard it was quite the new craze - so I thought I would try it out.  


I found good earth 'Organic White Tea' in sweet citrus flavour, and since I'm a bit of a sweet-toothe I thought to give it a try.


This time I aimed to follow complete instructions to allow the full flavour to come alive - let is sit for 3 mins.


During the time, I kept myself occupied by making some lunch and soon enough I could smell this divine odour.  I got closer to my new tea and the smell was exotic.  


Straight away I fell in love with the flavour and couldn't wait to taste it.


The taste got me hooked.  This new white tea isn't as strong as normal teas, but still it need a little sweetness added - not too much though.


I only added a quarter of a teaspoon of sugar and it just finished the flavour off to perfect.


This is a fantastic flavoured white tea, and I recommend anyone to give a try.  It has a very refreshing flavour and you won't be disappointed at all.  The flavours lift my spirits a lot more than having a traditional English breakfast.


It has gotten me to the point of asking myself in the morning if I should have Kenco coffee or Good Earth's new white tea...and that doesn't happen too often.
